Straight answers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll only be charged the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my SMS limit?
We'll send you a heads-up notification when you're at 80% of your monthly SMS quota. Once you hit the limit, SMS notifications pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan. Your jobs and emails are never affected.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not happy in your first 14 days, reach out and we'll sort it out. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored securely in Google Firebase with Australian data residency. Payments are processed by Stripe and Square - we never store your card details. Your customer data is never sold or shared.
Can I add more users without upgrading?
User seats are tied to each plan. If you need more seats, you'll need to move to the next plan tier. Professional supports up to 10 users. Business gives you unlimited seats.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe or Square. AUD prices include GST. USD prices are available for international customers.
