FoxTrak is a live job tracking and workflow platform for trades and service businesses, built by ACR Systems Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Australia. Customers get automatic updates the moment a job moves forward, no manual status page, no login, just a link that stays live.
FoxTrak's first commit landed in July 2025. It was built nights and weekends by a solo developer, then launched publicly in May 2026. Every feature in FoxTrak, from live job steps to payments to team assignment, was built and shipped by the same person who runs the company today.
FoxTrak is made by ACR Systems Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, Australia.
Keep your scheduling, quoting and accounting exactly as they are. FoxTrak plugs in as the piece that's usually missing: a live, branded link your customers can actually watch.
A status link that customers have to remember to check isn't live tracking. FoxTrak sends the update automatically the moment a step changes, by SMS, email or push notification.
Beyond notifications, FoxTrak includes:
Every job generates a full timestamped report: every step, who did it, how long it took, every message, approval, and payment. PDF or CSV. If it happened, it's on the record.
“FoxTrak has made it so easy to communicate with my customers and give them real-time updates on where their order is in the pipeline. It's especially good for custom work, where my customer needs to sign off on design elements before I can move to the next step. It's intuitive, easy to use, and keeps me on track for my orders.”

“So lucky I came across FoxTrak. It offers me a practical job management system that makes it easy to assign, track, and manage jobs in real time. FoxTrak helps improve and keep my job information organised, and streamlines day-to-day operations. It's great that I can personalise every message and send photo updates, keeping the client up to date on every step. I highly recommend FoxTrak.”

| Feature | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Automatic notifications on step change | The customer doesn't have to check a page. They're told the moment something happens. |
| Customer approvals | Jobs that need sign-off don't stall waiting on a phone call. |
| Due date alerts | Customers and businesses both see it coming before a job runs late. |
| Payments built in | Customers can pay from the same link they use to track the job. |
| Team assignment | Everyone knows their job, no chasing for updates internally. |
| Hidden internal steps | Businesses can run their real process without customers seeing every internal detail. |
| Accounting integration | Job data flows into your books without manual entry. |
When you're comparing tools, ask whether updates are pushed to the customer automatically or whether they have to keep checking a link. That's the real dividing line.
